By accessing or using Abundance Atlas ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Abundance Atlas provides construction project permitting intelligence, including permit packet generation, tax credit analysis, funding discovery, insurance recommendations, and related tools. The Service aggregates publicly available information and provides analysis tools.

3. Important Disclaimers

Not Professional Advice: The Service does NOT provide legal advice, tax advice, insurance advice, or engineering advice. All outputs are for informational purposes only. You must verify all requirements with the relevant Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), a licensed professional, and/or your qualified advisors (CPA, attorney, broker, engineer).

Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, jurisdiction requirements change frequently. All outputs include "last checked" timestamps and source citations. You are responsible for verifying current requirements before relying on any output.

Demo Data: Content marked as "demo" or "sample" is for illustration purposes only and should not be relied upon for actual projects.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, the accuracy of information you provide, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Multi-Tenant Isolation

Organization data is isolated via row-level security policies. You must not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABUNDANCE ATLAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERMIT DELAYS, INCORRECT FEE ESTIMATES, OR MISSED INCENTIVE DEADLINES.
