Tenant Isolation
Every database query is scoped to your organization. Your project data, files, and team information are completely isolated from other organizations on the platform.
Access Controls
Role-based access with four levels: Owner, Admin, PM, and Viewer. Each role has specific permissions. Team members only see what they need to do their job.
Audit Logging
Every sensitive action — sign-ins, data exports, file uploads, permission changes — is recorded with who did it, when, and what changed.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. File uploads are stored with organization-scoped access policies.
Approved References Only
Permit data is sourced exclusively from official government and regulatory domains. No unverified third-party content is used.
Infrastructure
Hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with automated backups, monitoring, and incident response procedures.
